Still in The Shadow.

I just got this coffee for free over at the Coffee Depot.  I was waiting to pay, and the lovely barista said, “Don’t worry about it”.

As you can see, I do not look too happy.  One should be excited when a lovely girl gives you free coffee, right? Well under most circumstances one would be.  But as I picked up my FREE coffee, the once lovely barista, had to say the one sentence that has haunted me all my life.  The few words that took all the joy and pride out of getting a free coffee from a lovely barista. And those words were, “You’re Daley’s little brother, right? You guys look so much alike….” And that was that. I walked away with the realization that I still do not have the ability to get my own free coffee. The bitterest cup of iced coffee I have ever had.

Thanks for the free coffee Daley.

Much Love,

-Dylan

My Dream

Is to be the front man of a band like this.

If you can dream it, you can do it… Even if dreams are nothing more than desires likely to never happen.

I Hate Titles.

Hello all.

So, since my last depressing blog, I got much more depressed. confused, sad, and all that jazz.  You will all hear more about that when I write my memoirs.  I have, however, made some progress in my life, but nothing really worth mentioning at this point in time.  I would like to share  how I now begin and end each day.

I begin each morning with this prayer…

Grant me to make an unflawed beginning today, for I have done nothing yet.

-CS Lewis

I close each day with the question…

What opportunities to change and inspire the world did I pass up today?

Give it a try,

-Dylan

Well…

I haven’t posted anything in a while. At the moment I have nothing to write. I believe I have nothing to write, because i have not lived, and I am not currently living. I suppose I should get started on that. Time doesn’t stand still, even if we choose to.
